I'm unable to compile DateTime-Format-Strptime-1.0900 on Microsoft Windows XP. The Makefile.PL script is very different from the one for DateTime-Format-Strptime-1.0702, which is the version I last successfully compiled and installed in June 2008.

Here's what happens:

C:\DateTime\Modules\DateTime-Format-Strptime-1.0900>perl Makefile.PL
Set up gcc environment - 3.4.5 (mingw special)

When I took the word 'SET' out from before 'PERL_DL_NONLAZY=1', I just got a different error number.

Any suggestions?
