Probably not, but if the format is fixed, writing a DT::Format::* module
is a simple task (especially if you don't care too much about
localization). For example take a look at DateTime::Format::W3CDTF which
is a fine example for a simple DT::Format module.
Otherwise you could use one of the generic modules like
DateTime-Format-Strptime, DateTime-Format-Builder or DateTime-Format-CLDR.
