I tried http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://datetime.perl.org/index.cgi?FAQSampleCalculations
but robots.txt disallowed archiving.

Until someone fixes Kwiki and amends the robots file, I found a mirror
by asking Kwiki for a bogus revision, e.g.

http://datetime.perl.org/index.cgi?action=diff&page_name=FAQSampleCalculations&revision_id=12345

which it happily displays.
