Announce: DateTime::Format::Baby 1.0200

Yesterday I have released DateTime::Format::Baby,
initially created by Rick Measham.
The new version fixes all current RT issues:
-- assignment to $[
-- =back missing in the POD
-- spelling mistakes.

A few improvements:
-- UTF-8
-- more precise documentation.

Juste one glitch: the metadata state that the minimum
Perl version is 5.6.1. Since this module now outputs UTF-8
strings, it should be 5.8.x. Note: a CPAN-Tester using
5.8.7 has returned a green result.
