Looks good.

You probably want to "unfork" your repo from the gitpan repo so that yours 
looks like the "parent" repo when people view it on GitHub. You can 
contact GitHub staff to do this for you.

You might want to investigate Dist::Zilla, since it will make sure all of 
this stuff is done properly for you.
