ANNOUNCE Raku module Date::Calendar::FrenchRevolutionary 0.0.4

I have published on CPAN the version 0.0.4 of my Raku module
dealing with the French Revolutionary calendar. See:

Changes:

-- The Github reop has been renamed with a "raku-" prefix.

-- Some methods are now private methods.

-- Accessor for the décade number (similar to the week number
in other calendars) and strftime specifiers "%V" and "%u"

-- More tests.
