ANNOUNCE Date::Convert::French_Rev version 0.09

Citoyennes, citoyens, bonne année !

This is 1st Vendémiaire CCXXIX, so I wish a happy new year to all those
who are interested in the French Revolutionary calendar.
And, even if I am a few days late, I wish a happy new year
to those interested in the Hebrew, Coptic and Ethiopic calendars.

Back to the French Revolutionary calendar: to celebrate the new
year, I have released to CPAN version 0.09 of Date::Convert::French_Rev

This new version is just a cleanup of the previous version, with
fewer typos and fewer vintage code constructs.

Also, the beginning of a deprecation cycle for date_string "%L" 
specifier (may I remind you that "date_string" is the
  equivalent of "strftime" in other distributions?).
