installing DBD::Pg failed on connect testing with '*** fatal error - unable to remap C:\cygwin\bin\cygsasl2-2.dll to same address as parent(0x17E0000) != 0x17F0000'

I'm trying to install DBD::Pg-2.15.1 and got fatal error on running 'connect' testing.
The following error I got:

I installed postgresql-2.03.2 on cygwin-1.5.25-15 successfully without problem to run on cygwin. It's WinXP machine.
The following are installed on cygwin: perl-5.10.0-5; DBI-1.609.

Is anything wrong, or other module I need to be installed?
