ftp.esoftmatic.com DBI ActivePerl Windows Binaries

Just a heads up folks.  I need to do some work on this server in the near future.  If it's
down, it's because of some of that work.  I will also be physically moving this server
between now and the end of March and we will be changing ISPs.  This all must be done by 1
April.

At that time, it will also serve as Softmatic's (www.esoftmatic.com) primary web site.
Please ensure any URLs you use go to (www|ftp).esoftmatic.com/DBI.  If you leave off the
/DBI, you will, naturally, want to buy our software, but not necessarily find the DBI
resources you think you want.

I apologize in advance for any inconveniences this may cause.

Additionally, I'll try to catch up on the 5.8.6 related binaries, as there seems to be a
problem using the repository from that version of perl.  Something about File::Spec, which
I thought was included in the AS distribution...hmmm...
