DBD::Pg version 2.17.0 released

Version 2.17.0 of DBD::Pg, the Perl interface to Postgres,
has just been released. In addition to some minor bug fixes,
the primary difference is that a pg_cancel will no longer
automatically do a ROLLBACK for you.

The code should be making its way to your local CPAN mirror
