suggestion and question

one minor suggestion i have for this mailing list is to populate the
oracle-oci-faq@ and oracle-oci-info@
this might help people in determining whether they are interested in
subscribing to the list.


I am interested in this mailing list, but I haven't yet found the module to
download.
i can't seem to find it on cpan.perl.com or using CPAN from a shell.  where can
i get it?
