   Hi Tim,
   I am Joe and manage a test team. We use PERL extensively for our test automation. Recently, there has
   been a change in the way we access internet in our company. The new proxy server does not allow the ppm
   package to access the necessary repo to download the missing packages. Therefore, I was forced to look
   for .ppd files for the missing packages.
   Currently, I am in dire need of the DBI package for Windows and all UNIX flavours. Could you please help
   me get these ppd files so that I can install them via ppm on our test boxes? Your help in this regard is
   much appreciated.
