DBD::Oracle-1.26 fails test t/31lob.t on Oracle 11gR2 Ubuntu 10.04

When I do make test on DBD::Oracle-1.26 with Oracle 11gR2 on Ubuntu
10:04 x64 it fails t/31lob.t test 9.  Is this a known problem or am I
doing something wrong.
