I am in a phase of basic considerations, but I'd like to get the most
basic settled first.

The subject you raise is an important one, and I definitely want to
discuss it in depth, but I don't want to rush into the details of it
without a firm frame of reference to work in.

Do you (or anyone else) see something missing or poorly expressed in the
Goals, Assumptions and Principles?
