Back on track

Let's get back on track.

The purpose of this mailing list is to come to a good system to get:

 - Perl distributions that can be installed in a flexible manner from
   prebuilt packages;
 - Perl additions that can be added (in the same flexible manner) to
   such an installation.

Once this is realized, we can start defining 'core' and 'useful' and
'full fledged' packages.
