Actually, it's incredibly broken.  IIRC it was just a quick and dirty
pod2html conversion.

	If you're interested in putting something together that
	quickly and easily produces much nicer html output (preferably
	using Pod::Simple), I'd definitely take it and stick it in a
	cronjob.
