Core perl documentation corrections - who do I report to?

Hi,
In the case of module documentation, I know to turn to the module author in
case I have a question about the documentation or want to report an aparent
problem/typo/bug.
But what do I do in the case of the core documentation, like the perlsyn
page? Who do I turn to then? For lack of any other info on the Net or on
perldoc, I turned to this list- hope someone can help... :-)
