Well, the source for this HTML is probably in POD, so it just a matter 
of using the same tool for converting the documentation. I would 
definately contribute to this "International Perldoc Project". I think 
one should also approach perldoc.com, which is probably the closest 
existing project to our proposal.

If we do go creating the international project, there are also some 
other issues like hosting and so on (sourceforge? perl.org? perldoc.com? 
cpan.org?).
