perllack: missing features

Maybe there should be a new manpage, perllack, collecting all those
things that one would expect "Unix's Swiss Army Chainsaw" to have but
are instead done otherwise. awk's $FS and sh's $IFS. sh's shift
n. etc.  OK never mind.
