Announce Genealogy::Gedcom V 0.80

Hi Folks

I've uploaded Genealogy::Gedcom V 0.80 to CPAN.

My convention is that version numbers < 1.00 are development, and 1.00
and above are production. So, V 0.80 tells you the code is,
unsurprisingly, not finished.


Nevertheless, by perusing
