Thanx for the detail of BOMs.

I've logged a bug report for Gedcom re utf8.

If Paul can't do the work right now, I hope he'll let us know, and I'll 
see if he wants to hand maintenance of the module over to me.

A couple of minutes ago I logged a bug report for Tree::DAG_Node, and 
offered to maintain that one too.

I already do this for a new other modules...
