I just noticed http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GEDCOM#GEDCOM_X which led me to http://gedcomx.org and https://github.com/FamilySearch/gedcomx Forgive me if this has already been discussed on this list, but I'd be curious to know if anyone has looked into GEDCOM X already.
