Gedcom 5.5.1 Grammar?

I'm attempting to parse a GED file created with phpgedview and I'm 
running into some problems (among others) that seem to be related to the 
5.5.1 grammar changes around the handling of multi-media objects.  An 
example of the output from ->validate is below:

Is there an updated and working grammar file for 5.5.1 available?
