16) Where to put missing people

As of version 1.02 of HTML::Timeline missing people no longer show up  
as a "Missing" event within the timeline (and XML file) itself.  As  
the changelog says, timeline.pl will now "report people with missing  
birth dates below the timeline."  I prefer the old behavior,  
especially since that way the data (the XML file) is separate from the  
presentation (the HTML file).  Maybe there could be an option to  
specify whether you want the old or new behavior?
