It would be difficult, but not impossible (c'mon this is Perl! nothing's
impossible :-).  The difficulty would be that write access to the database
would be opened up to the web, meaning that the interface would need some
security.  And I don't have the time or interest to develop that right now.

And it would still require more pgas-men, because Jerome or I would need to
be around during the tournament to set it up, fix mis-marked solutions and
post updates.  Ideally, one of the referees would be a pgas-man, and this is
why we're calling for some respected golfers to volunteer (thank you to
Michael Thelen and Eugene for so quickly stepping forward).
