Introducing Locale::Maketext::Gettext::Functions

Dear all,

    I would like to introduce the Locale::Maketext::Gettext::Functions,
a functional interface to Locale::Maketext::Gettext.  It is included in
Locale-Maketext-Gettext starting from version 0.07.  It is the
functional interface to Locale::Maketext::Gettext (and hence
Locale::Maketext) that does not require the knowledge of object-oriented
programming.  The following functions are implemented: bindtextdomain,
textdomain, maketext, dmaketext, __ and N_.

    A command-line interface is also bundled: maketext.  The maketext
script works like the GNU gettext program.  It can be used in shell
scripts and integrated into other programming languages, so that
other applications can benefit from the perl Locale::Maketext
localization framework, too.

    For the limitation of runtime-generated class sources, it is not
possible to do language function override in
Locale::Maketext::Gettext::Functions and the maketext script.  Sorry to
Sean for this. ^^;

    The current version of Locale::Maketext::Gettext is version 1.10. The
current version of Locale::Maketext::Gettext::Functions is 0.07.  The
current version of the maketext script is 0.03.
