Locale::Maketext::Gettext 1.27 Released

Dear whoever is using Locale::Maketext::Gettext,

    Locale::Maketext::Gettext 1.24 is released, after another year.  Two
test suite bugs are fixed related to the build system.  You don't have
to upgrade if you are already using Locale::Maketext::Gettext.

    Please tell me if there is any problem.  Your feedbacks are welcome.
