....or who speaks Japanese, but isn't /in/ Japan.  God forbid.

I've dealt with more than one interface that said "you're in the US!  So
you MUST want all content in English, a QWERTY keyboard, and m/d/y dates!",
and left no way to adjust those assumptions.
