Hello, all.

I've released String::Multibyte version 1.04.

Available from
  http://homepage1.nifty.com/nomenclator/perl/String-Multibyte-1.04.tar.gz
or CPAN (soon).

The changes from 1.03 are

* added UTF32BE.pm and UTF32LE.pm, for UTF-32BE and UTF-32LE,
respectively.

* upgraded Grapheme.pm for Default Grapheme Clusters
  in Unicode 4.0.0, UAX #29-4 (no longer a Draft!).
