I will second CHI-Web as a useful resource - I have been on that list for years. I also recommend the new Michael Cusumano book "The Business of SW" and anything by Allan Cooper (an engineer turned usability guru btw).

Just put some of the keywords from CHI Web in there - they might kick out on a search and the resume isn't meant to prove anything, only to draw interest and a contact...
