My response would be <voice style="trump">You're Fired!</voice>.

I know that your resume gives data about you, but that's you on paper.
If you are wanting to work with me, and you can't give me an easy
answer to a question you surely know the answer for, I'm not really
sure how you'll do on the tougher questions.

Not everything is numbers.  People skills are important.  This has been
pointed out to me nearly every time I forget it. :)
