Just read a job listing which says in part

Company name: CampStaff
Location: United States, NY, Tarrytown
Pay rate:
$1000/month minimum (depending on # hours)

Now they do go on to say it is p/t. Because if it was f/t I reckon they'd
be offering about $6/hr. But since they seem to have a formula to compute
monthly pay as a function of # hours worked I am going to take a wild guess
that they have an hourly rate in mind.

So why not post it? Unless they are not competitive with my local
Cumberland Farms who had been advertising for counter help at $9/hr.
