A thousand pardons for the somewhat off topic question...

I'm looking for recommendations for a time tracking tool/software to
keep track of billable time for multiple projects/clients. I've
considered writing one, but I need to finish the Templating System that
I'm working on first. ;-)

I need it to run on Mac OS X (or web based). Written in Perl is good :-)

Any recommendations?
