It depends on the context. When I've been interviewing, I've been asked, 
"why do you want to leave Socialtext?" I like to answer the question 
asked, even if I segue into something else like what I want from my next 
employer.

I don't think you need to be unremittingly positive. If I interviewed 
someone like that I'd think they were fake, and possibly even hiding 
anything. Plus, I'm really straightforward, and there's no point trying to 
hide that in an interview. If it's going to be a problem then I'm not a 
match for the employer, and it's best for both of us to find that out 
ASAP.
