there is no problem with headhunters (i are one! :) posting to the jobs
list . the issue is with claiming you are a direct employer and not
being one. a better solution would be to contact this agency and ask
them why they said they were an employer when they are not. they could
have made a mistake, or be clueless with filling forms or genuinely evil
and misleading.
