post approval delays

hi,

i have 2 new job posts dating june 3 and it is now june 7 and they still
haven't been approved. is there any way we can make the approval process
work more effectively? is there a need for more people who can approve
posts? i used to have that role many years ago (if you don't recall, i
started the original jobs list and was a moderator for years). i am not
in any current capacity with the current setup due to what some would
perceive as a conflict with my perl hunter agency so i can't help out
myself.

any thoughts?
