Caspian One require a Connection Developer for a global Mobile Payment
company.

The Role:
Our client is looking for a Connection Developer with
experience in Ruby, PHP or Python to join a new team based in London. The
role will be using Perl primarily at the early stages. The company provides
its partners with a global compliance framework for all relevant regulatory
requirements, enabling thousands of businesses in more than 100 countries
to offer real-time Mobile Money services to their customers. In 2015 alone,
their Mobile Money and other products processed more than 50 million
transactions.
They are a vastly growing company with plans to expand even
further over the following year. It is an exciting opportunity to join a
company with a number of multimillion dollar companies on its client list.
The London office is relatively new, the company was founded in Singapore
and they have other offices in global locations, such as: Dubai, Miami and
Barcelona.

Duties:
•Development of connections for the Platform
•Development of features for the Platform
•Analysis of requirements and
software design creation based on requirements
•Production of code to
satisfy project requirements
•Production of tests for code provided, to be
run in a continuous delivery environment
•Participate in code review
•Assist with platform troubleshooting if required
•May assist in evaluating
new technologies/ systems / applications for new products
•Work with team
members in different countries and timezones

Capital Markets, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Hedge Funds and
start-ups to custodians and vendors to the industry, Caspian One

Desired skills:
Requirements:
•BSc in IT related field
•Knowledge in high-level languages
such as Perl, Python, PHP
•Familiar with Perl frameworks such as Dancer or
Mojolicious is a plus
•Experience with backend web server applications
•Comfortable with Unix based systems
•English fluency (read/write/speak)
•Familiarity with GIT Flow
•Familiarity with agile practices (mainly TDD,
Unit testing and version control) is a plus
•Dedicated, focused and team
player
