Requirements Job Requirements: 
• Demonstrated experience in software
development using PERL
• 7 years design and development experience in Perl 
• Experience with Apache/Tomcat or JBoss and web technologies such as
SOAP/REST/JSON 
• Experience integrating with Oracle and PostgreSQL
databases
• Ability to design, implement, test and support timely and
reliable project driven software solutions
• Familiarity with Agile
Software Development Process
• Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, fun and
rewarding team-based environment 
• Strong analytical and problem solving
skills; outstanding oral and written communication skills 
• Work well
independently and in teams
• Possess good basic organizations skills
•
Networking background specifically L2/L3 CCNA a plus
Experience &
Education: 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science 
• 7 or more year’s
equivalent experience without a degree in programming field
Preferred
Qualifications: 
• Programming Developer w/Telecommunication experience
(highly preferred Ethernet/IP, L2/L3 switching, Routers. and network
elements)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or 7 or more years
equivalent experience in programming field
• Experience in SDLC methodology

• Design and development experience in Perl, Java, Java Script, XML,
HTML/CSS, webservice, SQL, Unix and Linux
