Experienced Perl & MySQL Developer (Remote Freelancer)

Location: Remote

Terms of employment: Independent contractor (hourly)

Hours: Flexible

Onsite: no

Description:
We are looking for a freelancer with high experience in Perl and MySQL to
work in a project half to full time for about a 3 month period.

You will
be helping our team in building a new Perl project that is heavily reliant
on data  analysis on a MySQL database. The system will be importing high
amounts of data daily, and based on several triggers and filters will
trigger actions such as email deliveries and web callbacks. The system will
also be generating performance reports based on this data.

Requirements:
-
Able to communicate in either Spanish or English
- Very experienced in Perl
- Very proficient in MySQL

Good to have skills:
- Perl Dancer Framework
-
RDBO or any other ORM experience
- EC2 and RDS
