Desired skills:
The right candidate will have experience with:

DBIx::Class and either
Postgres or MySQL
Template Toolkit
At least one of the modern web
frameworks: Dancer, Mojolicious, Catalyst
Exposure to Moose and some
familiarity with HTML and Javascript would also be advantageous
