Description:
Lovedreamer.com is Canada's oldest Adult Products on-line retailer.  This
is a very challenging IT environment encompassing some 220 suppliers with
varying degrees of IT expertise (mostly zero), an undesigned shopping cart
system database, and the fact that working on a site selling sex toys
rather limits your ability to work on the site from, say, a cafe or public
library (you'll melt some little kid's eyes out!).

I've written several
thousand lines of Perl code gluing together a large number of technologies
but am moving on to other things.  So my successor has the chance to learn
about all of these technologies whilst exercising their vintage Perl
muscles to get them all to work together. It would be nice to already know
some of these technologies in addition to Perl, the most important being
some 3D Cart knowledge, but not necessary.  The immediate, urgent need is
for a shopping cart update from the price and inventory CSV files of our
main product importer.	This involves riding shotgun over a series of Perl
scripts that reformat the CSV files and also scrap the importer's website.

Desired skills:
Perl, shell script, AWS cloud subsystems: (SNS, S3, AWS command, CLI, ECS,
key management), PostgreSQL database operations and admin, JSON, Trello
groupware, 3D Cart shopping cart console and FTP operations, Debian Linux
sysadmin, LFTP, HTML website scraping, CSV

Good English language skills
are a must because you'll be on the phone to or swapping e-mails with some
of the suppliers and you'll have to wade through a huge pile of my
documentation (that's currently in Trello cards but really should be moved
to GitHub along with all my code).
