Description:
A customer centric web business are in need for a Development Manager with
the view for this role to move to a Head of Engineering role.=20

This role is pretty much hands-off, but you will have to jump on if things
start to go wrong.=20

So you will be leading the multiple teams through the development lifecyle
where the aim is to deliver high quality but in a timely manner (so you
need to ensure stuff is going out the door)

You have the Team Leads reporting into you so you will be responsible for
supporting them.

You will be leading the technical decision making in conjunction with the
senior management of the business.=20

There is a lot more to this role but I need an experience Perl dev who has
led teams, size not important but it's more about attitude.
