=E2=80=A2	Analyze existing Perl scripts and understand their functionality
=E2=80=A2	Convert Perl scripts to Python while maintaining performance and
functionality
=E2=80=A2	Debug and optimize converted Python scripts
=E2=80=A2	Collaborate with team members to meet project requirements
=E2=80=A2	Document the conversion process and provide knowledge transfer

Technical Skills:
Perl (5+ years):
=E2=80=A2	Strong understanding of Perl syntax, modules, and libraries
=E2=80=A2	Experience with regular expressions, file handling, and data
manipulation
=E2=80=A2	Familiarity with legacy Perl scripts and debugging
Python (2+ years):
=E2=80=A2	Strong understanding of Python syntax, libraries, and frameworks
=E2=80=A2	Experience with Python=E2=80=99s re module, file handling, and da=
ta
manipulation
=E2=80=A2	Knowledge of Python best practices (PEP 8 standards)
Code Conversion:
=E2=80=A2	Hands-on experience converting Perl scripts to Python
=E2=80=A2	Ability to map Perl constructs (scalars, arrays, hashes) to Python
equivalents (variables, lists, dictionaries)
=E2=80=A2	Understanding of differences in error handling, string
manipulation, and OOP between Perl and Python
