Specifically, we're seeking an excellent software developer who's fluent with perl (of the object oriented variety), Apache, linux and mysql. A good, solid understanding of java is a definite plus. You've got to play well with others and be happy to have beers with our users and trade e-mail with them from time to time. It's just part of the job.
