This team builds private label web based applications and APIs using web services. Our OPB and API system are used by some of the world's largest ISPs and telco Required skills: - 3+ years Perl / mod_perl programming experience - 3+ years developing Apache web server applications - 3+ years experience with relational databases - Experience developing web based application using Perl, CSS, JavaScript, XML/XSLT, HTML - Experience with web services such as SOAP and XML-RPC a plus - Familiar with developing within application frameworks - Oracle, Sybase, and mySQL experience a plus. - Previous experience developing web based control panels or working in the web hosting industry a plus. - Ability and willingness to document systems and code thoroughly - Excellent organizational and communications skills a must - Some travel will be required - Degree not required if applicant has relevant experience.
