Job description:
Sr. Perl Developer

Company seeks several talented individuals to be responsible for the design
and development of call center user interfaces. The candidates will be in
charge of the development of web based front end interfaces to various
voice portal components that are fed data by back end applications. The
front end interfaces must offer easily expandable and changeable designs
that can accommodate new features on the fly and will fit into company s
rapid deployment policy. The front end designs must integrate seamlessly
with the functionality and features developed by back end engineers and
should enhance the rapid development of such. The ability to collaborate
with sales and engineering in order to create compelling, intuitive,
cohesive designs that are efficient and user friendly is essential.

Candidate may also contribute to corporate websites, control center
websites, demos, and marketing materials, as well as give input on voice
interfaces, call flows and user experience.

Required Skills:

* A minimum of 5 years of previous interface development experience
* Excellent web interface design skills
* Candidates must submit samples of previous interface design work
* Advanced knowledge of HTML, DHTML, XML, JavaScript, and CSS
* Knowledge of programming and scripting languages
* Previous experience with template driven interfaces
* Willingness to learn new technologies
* Collaborative thinker and team player
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, highly changeable environment
* Ability to quickly convey visual designs and concepts

Preferred Skills:

* Knowledge of Perl, Oracle, Java, AJAX, PHP, Object Oriented Programming
* Experience in call center technologies
* Experience in IVR interface design
