You will ideally have similar proven experience and have knowledge on differing Development Methedology eg Waterfall V. Agile / eXtrme Programming & Iterative / Test Driven DSDM Methodology! Required skills: Management Experience of Perl MySQL Linux or ASP.net on SQL Server teams Desired skills: Prince 2 / MCSD or Perl Modules (although not essential) / Waterfall v.
