Interface with business groups as well as other technical teams across multiple offices. Required skills: Qualifications BS or higher in Computer Science or equivalent field. Excellent written and verbal communications as well as commitment to quality & customer satisfaction. At least 6 years of programming experience in several languages such as: C/C++, Java, Python, Perl, Ruby. Extensive experience and knowledge of OOP concepts and practices. Strong analytic mindset, the ability to decompose complex problems into simpler components, and the ability to organize and track complicated project plans. Working knowledge of both Linux/Unix in a software development setting. Experience leading and effectively managing a team of software developers, engaged in multiple simultaneous projects. Proven project management and planning skills. Desired skills: Desirable Skills Previous experience working with iterative development methodologies, such as Extreme Programming, Scrum or Feature Driven Design.
