Strong open-source based technology and impassioned people drive our best of breed application solutions, drawing household name clients from every industry to execute their marketing campaigns and leverage our advanced targeting, personalization and analytical capabilities. We are looking for Software Engineers with a Unix/Linux background and expert knowledge of Perl for both Mod_Perl application interface development as well backend data-processing. Knowledge of C, shell scripting, and javascript are desirable. As an open-source shop, we develop exciting and unique solutions from the ground up and have the opportunity to understand how things work at the lowest levels and modify things to work as desired. Our development process is not fully formalized and requires developers to wear several hats at times and be involved from analysis and design through testing, implementation and support of live systems. General database knowledge, including SQL, is a must and more experience, especially in Oracle/MySQL, is desirable. Applicants must be self-motivated, organized, able to communicate with internal clients, and have the ability to both complete projects independently as well as work on small teams.
