Summary of Group
The Client Integration Technology Team provides technical integration
services to Goldman Sachs’ Prime Brokerage, Clearing and Futures, and Fund
Administration Services client base. 
The team is focused on the analysis, development, maintenance, testing and
support of applications to process incoming data interchanges between
clients and the internal GSS systems. It also provides technical support
and integration services to our Prime Brokerage, Clearing and Futures
Services and Fund Administration client base. 
As such, it interacts with vendors, internal business users, technology
teams, and external customers, in different offices worldwide. 

Role Summary:
Analyst/Developer for the Global Client Integration Development Team. The
role is based in New York. 
Implement applications to process incoming prime broker and client feeds in
different formats (flat file, XML, Swift, etc.). Implement applications to
feed internal systems (queueing or messaging systems, flat files, Java,
XML). Feed data analysis. Client Support. Problem solving. 

Principal Responsibilities:
This person will implement systems to allow the information exchange
between clients, prime brokers and GS’s Fund Administration systems. It
requires coordination with Prime Brokers, vendors and clients to help
implement and integrate the data feeds. 
This role requires good communication skills, excellent analytical skills
and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with relevant
technical skills to learn the securities processing business and work
directly with internal and external clients. 

Relevant Skills/Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills. Strong team player. Good communication skills,
customer and interpersonal skills
Prime Brokerage and Equities/Futures business or clearance processing
knowledge beneficial.

Technical Skills:
Advanced PERL, Sybase/SQL, UNIX/Linux OS. Working knowledge of Java and
XML.
